But I did manage to settle myself down long enough to crochet this purple circle-in-a-square from 300 Classic Blocks for Crochet Projects. I almost stopped when it was just a circle (it was very pleasing at that point) but half-finished things bother me so I went all the way.
And lo and behold, it's pretty nice this way too.
